When you contact us, we may receive your name, business contact details, organisation, location and information about the proposed work. Please only provide information relevant to the enquiry and avoid including sensitive personal information in an initial message.

Why information is used

Website operation
The website is configured for Cloudflare hosting. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times and browser information to deliver and protect the service. Optional Microsoft Clarity analytics is described below and in our cookie notice.
Optional website analytics
With your consent, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this website and improve its content and usability. Clarity collects page views, clicks, scrolling, device and browser information, and technical data such as IP addresses. It presents interaction data through heatmaps and session replays. Microsoft receives and processes this information as part of providing Clarity.
Clarity is loaded only after you choose Accept analytics. We send Microsoft an analytics consent signal and keep advertising storage consent denied. We do not send the contents of telephone or email enquiries to Clarity. The lawful basis for this optional analytics is your consent. You can withdraw it using Cookie settings in the footer; this stops subsequent collection on this website without affecting processing that took place before withdrawal.

Sharing and international processing

Where UK data protection law requires safeguards for a restricted transfer, the relevant lawful transfer arrangements must apply.
How long information is kept
Retention depends on whether an enquiry becomes a project or ongoing relationship, whether there are outstanding issues, and any applicable legal, contractual or claim-related requirements. Information should be retained only for as long as needed for those purposes and then securely deleted or anonymised. Contact us for information about the period applicable to your record.
